LIEWOOD
Jesper Skovsted has extensive work experience as an industrial designer. Jesper began their career at Agenda Group in May 2010 as a Concept Designer and worked there until September 2011. In May 2012, they joined Ohmatex Aps as an Industrial Designer, specializing in product design and innovation of 'smart textiles'. Jesper integrated physiological and environmental sensors into medical devices, sportswear, and protective clothing. Jesper worked at Ohmatex Aps until March 2013. In April 2013, they joined Faktor 3 Aps as an Industrial Designer, where they remained until October 2017. Currently, Jesper is employed at LIEWOOD, where they started in July 2019 as an Industrial Designer and has since been promoted to the position of Senior Industrial Designer, starting in November 2021.
Jesper Skovsted pursued their education in the field of industrial design. From 2006 to 2012, they attended The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art, School of Design, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Design. In 2010, Jesper Skovsted also had the opportunity to study at Osaka Seikei University for a year, focusing on industrial/product design. Though the specific degree attained during this period is not mentioned, it can be inferred that they gained further knowledge and experience in their chosen field.
