Caroline AF Ugglas

Caroline AF Ugglas has a degree in Economics from Stockholm University. Current appointments are Deputy Managing Director of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Deputy Chair ACQ Bure, and Director of AMF and Beijer Alma AB.

Her previous assignments, were Head of Equities at Livförsäkrings AB Skandia as well as Director of the Boards of Acando AB, Connecta AB, Lindab International AB, and Investment AB Latour. She also owns and related parties’ holdings: 5,000 Class B shares, and 10,926 synthetic call options.
