David Ladouceur

David Ladouceur is a seasoned technology and development leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder, CTO, and Product Manager of Regenerative Development Corp since January 2023, David focuses on innovative urban development guided by regenerative principles. In their role as Managing Director at The Place Fund, David oversees regenerative real estate projects aimed at creating long-term positive impacts. Additionally, David serves as CEO, CTO, and Product Manager for Life AI, which is dedicated to developing a privacy-first, human-centered AI model. David's career includes pivotal positions such as CTO and Enterprise Architect at New Dimension EP, Enterprise Architect at Optum, and senior roles in several private equity and consulting firms. David's technical foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans.
