Anna Tou

Anna Tou has over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Anna is currently serving as the VP of Marketing and CMO at Life Alive Café, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, Anna founded their own design studio, Anna Tou Design, in 2017 and worked as the Founder and Creative Director until January 2022. Anna provided strategic and creative guidance on digital product and branding projects for start-ups, restaurants, and consumer packaged goods. Their clients included Uber, Chipotle, Jawbone, and more.

From 2020 to 2021, Anna worked at PepsiCo as the Senior Design Director of Customer Experience. In this role, they led the creation and execution of 360 experiences with a focus on cross-portfolio brand development. Anna also drove innovation and growth for PepsiCo's brands in the food service channel.

Anna's previous experience includes working as the Creative Director at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2011 to 2017. Anna built and managed the in-house creative team responsible for all creative delivery across Chipotle globally and other brands. Anna also worked as a Senior Interactive Designer at fuseproject in 2011, where they contributed to various design projects for clients such as Jawbone.

Before that, Anna served as the Design Director at Sequence from 2005 to 2011, leading the visual design practice and working with clients such as Chipotle, Chevron, Google, Disney, and Cisco. Anna started their design career as a Designer at Noise 13 from 2003 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Anna Tou has demonstrated expertise in design leadership, brand development, and creative direction. Anna has worked with notable clients and has a strong background in the start-up, restaurant, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Anna Tou attended Concordia College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA degree in Business and Apparel Design. After that, they pursued further education at the Academy of Art University from 2002 to 2005 and earned a BFA degree in Graphic Design.
