Lane Compton, MBA, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Life Alive Cafes since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Bar Manager at Beauport Hotel Gloucester and Restaurant Manager at both The Bancroft and Yard House Restaurants. Lane's culinary journey began with positions as Lead Cook at Legal Sea Foods and Sous Chef at Shari at the Willard Hillton, complemented by earlier work as a Prep Cook at Riverside Family Restaurant. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Entrepreneurship, both from Johnson & Wales University, in addition to an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the same institution.
