Frances Toneguzzo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as a strategic planner at Blossom Innovations, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Intellectual Property Strategy at Life Biosciences. They also have experience as a Co-Founder at Dyrnamix Inc and as an Executive Vice President at Nantkwest, Inc. In addition, they have held various executive roles at Partners Healthcare, Research Ventures and Licensing, and Partners HealthCare System. Before that, they worked at Tufts University/New England Medical Center and Harvard University. Their early career included a role as VP of Research at One Cell Systems, Inc.

Frances Toneguzzo has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University. Additionally, Frances Toneguzzo also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Developmental Biology and Embryology at the University of California, Berkeley.
