Cody Oates began their work experience in 2008 at Culvers Restaurant, where they started as a team member and was eventually promoted to shift leader/crew trainer. Cody'sresponsibilities included customer service, cash handling, food preparation, cleaning, drive-thru operations, and training new hires. In 2013, they joined Life Cafe Lifetime Fitness as a supervisor, while also working another job. In February 2014, Cody transitioned to working at Life Cafe full-time and later became the Assistant Department Head for the Westminster Club.
Cody Oates completed their high school education at Huntley High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a High School diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. From 2010 to 2014, they pursued General Studies at McHenry County College.
