Donald Lohmeier

Donald Lohmeier has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Specialist at Life Cafe Lifetime Fitness since April 2025. Prior to this role, Donald held the position of AGM at Taco Mama for two years and progressed through various managerial roles at The Cheesecake Factory from September 2015 to April 2023, including Senior II Manager and Senior Manager. Donald also served as General Manager at Zinburger and Chow Baby, where key responsibilities included operations, P&L management, cost controls, training, staffing, inventories, cash control, and marketing. Donald earned a Master's Degree in Communications from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, San Bernardino.
