Rachel Kelly

Rachel Kelly has extensive experience in healthcare, specializing in case management, nursing, and admissions coordination. Since May 2015, Rachel has worked as a Case Manager at Life Care Centers of America, focusing on discharge planning and insurance management to ensure patient safety and continuity of care post-stay. Prior roles include LPN positions at Lutheran Home at Concord Reserve and Cleveland Clinic, where Rachel gained experience in neurology and neurosurgery. Additional experience includes serving as an Admissions Coordinator at Manorcare and working in acute spinal cord rehabilitation at The MetroHealth System. Rachel began their nursing career at Orchards of Westlake, contributing as Assistant Director of Nursing, while initially starting as a PRN nurse in 2010. Rachel holds an Associate's degree in nursing from Cuyahoga Community College and completed foundational studies at Valley Forge High School.
