Wayne Griffin has significant work experience in compliance and audit roles. Wayne started their career in 1989 at the US Department of Health and Human Services, where they worked in the OIG/Office of Audit Services until 2001. After that, they joined Lakeland Regional Health in Florida as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit. In 2004, Wayne moved to HealthSouth, where they served as the Vice President of Compliance Audit for three years. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Surgical Care Affiliates as the Vice President of Compliance/Compliance Officer. Most recently, Wayne joined Life Care Centers of America as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer.
