Dr Shazmeen Merchant

Dr. Shazmeen Merchant is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in cardiac surgery. Currently serving as a Demonstrator at Red Crescent Teaching Hospital since March 2024, Dr. Merchant has held the role of Medical Doctor at Tabba Heart Institute since December 2014, where responsibilities have included preoperative preparations, postoperative care, outpatient recovery, and intensive care management for cardiac surgery patients. Dr. Merchant's medical training includes a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Sir Syed Medical College and a Diploma in Healthcare Management from the Institute of Business Administration.
