Nichole Tierney is an experienced professional in the field of people and culture management, currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at Life Care since June 2020. Tierney previously held the position of Head of People and Corporate Services at Home Support Services Pty Ltd from December 2019 to June 2020, and served as the General Manager of People & Culture / Business Improvement & Assurance at ACH Group from 2013 to November 2019. Additional roles include Change and Transformation Manager at SA Power Networks (2011-2013), Organisational Development Manager at Viterra Australia (2009-2011), and General Manager at Locher Human Resources from 2000 to 2009. Tierney holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Adelaide, completed in 2000.
