Theresa Berman

Theresa Berman is an experienced professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and product management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Life Changing Labs since January 2022, Theresa focuses on creating opportunities for student founders. As President of StartupTree since August 2015, Theresa leads a platform that enhances university entrepreneurship ecosystems through data, facilitating mentorship, competitions, and networking. Previously, Theresa held various roles at StartupTree, including Head of Product and Product Manager, where strategic product development was a key focus. Earlier experience includes managing sustainability programs at Next Step Living, serving as a Community Organizer for City Councillor Nadeem Mazen, and working in talent management and fundraising roles at Clear Company and Boston Partners in Education. Theresa holds degrees from Tufts University and UCL, enhancing a robust foundation in both education and practical application in multiple sectors.
