Allison Ilem is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at LifeCircles PACE since July 2019, while also working as a Geropsychologist for both Spectrum Health and the LifeCircles Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly since December 2015. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at VA Puget Sound and a Clinical Psychology Internship at the same organization, as well as various roles during graduate studies, including a Doctoral Research Trainee and Psychotherapy Intern. Allison Ilem holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Geropsychology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, complemented by a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.

LifeCircles PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an innovative health care delivery model that serves older adults who qualify for long term nursing facility care but desire to remain living in their own homes. Through a highly qualified interdisciplinary team of geriatric care professionals, LifeCircles provides a comprehensive array of medical & social services including primary care and specialist services, in home personal care and chore services, day center activities, physical, occupational and recreational therapy, social work services, nutritional support, caregiver respite, hospital & emergency services, prescriptions & pharmaceutical support, memory care, equipment & medical transportation. Our goal is to help older adults remain independent and living at home, while successfully managing their complex health care needs.
