Jennifer Baxa

Jennifer Baxa is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in organ recovery and perioperative services. Currently serving as Organ Recovery Coordinator II at Life Connection of Ohio since May 2021, Jennifer previously held the role of Organ Recovery Coordinator I. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at Shriners Hospitals for Children, focusing on pediatric surgical care, as well as roles at Premier Health Partners and Dayton, both level 1 trauma centers, where responsibilities included circulatory duties in perioperative services. Additionally, Jennifer has experience in intermediate care for children with complex medical needs and in caring for adult patients in a hem/onc and med/surg unit at Mercy Health. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Ohio University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Owens Community College.
