Amy Pooler

Amy Pooler currently serves as Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Life Edit Therapeutics since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Neuroscience at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2019 to November 2024. Amy has also worked as a Brain Health Specialist and Project Manager at Nestle S.A. (August 2014 - March 2019), and held academic positions as an Alzheimer's Research UK Fellow and Lecturer in Neuroscience at King's College London (September 2011 - July 2014), and as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry (January 2008 - August 2011). Additionally, Amy served as a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Oxford (2005 - 2007) after completing a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2000 - 2005) and earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brown University.
