Martha Van Inwegen

Martha Van Inwegen has over 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and information technology industries. Martha began their career in 1987 as a Marketing Executive at Science Applications International (SAIC). In 1992, they moved to The Mosaic Group, also as a Marketing Executive. In 1994, they joined EPIC Solutions as the Director of Western Region Sales and International Sales, where they worked with major criminal justice and public safety agencies. From 1998 to 2001, they were a Co-Founder and Vice President at Bonafide, Intek, Etinuum, Digital Lighthouse, and Spider. In 2002, they joined VisionAir Inc. as the Western Region Sales Manager and Manager of Federal Operations, working with public safety applications such as computer aided dispatch (CAD), records management systems (RMS), and jail management systems (JMS). Since 2001, they have been the President and Founder of Life Elements Inc., a creator of CBD based skin and body care.

Martha Van Inwegen has been a life member of the School of Hard Knocks since 1975, studying people, business, and life. In November 2022, they obtained a Credo For Change certification from Credo.
