Kelly Onega

Kelly Onega is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management with extensive experience in both educational and healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Life Enriching Communities since November 2022, Kelly previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Twin Lakes and Davidson Healthcare, and Human Resources Director at CarrPark. In addition to these positions, Kelly has been a Professor at City Colleges of Chicago since January 2003, teaching an online course in Human Resources Management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Political Science from the University of South Florida, and a certification as a Master Online Teacher from the Illinois Online Network. Kelly is also certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
