Erin Barnes Schnur

Erin Barnes Schnur has extensive experience in customer service and order management, currently serving as an RMA Specialist at Life Fitness since October 2001. In this role, Erin acts as a key liaison for communication between the sales force and corporate office, trains new Order Management Representatives, and manages the processing and tracking of orders for key accounts. Responsibilities include developing procedures for Customer Care, creating sales reports in Oracle Business Intelligence, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Prior experience includes a position as a Dealer Account Manager, along with a role in customer service at National Van Lines, where Erin scheduled household moves and collaborated on process improvement projects. Erin holds an education from Ellsworth Community College, attended from 1994 to 1996.
