Fabian Torres

Fabian Torres, PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Fabian is currently serving as the IT Program Director and Transformation PMO Director at Life Fitness since May 2021. Prior to this, Fabian worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for over a decade, where they held multiple positions including Director of Operational Excellence and Program Management, Director of Project Management & Systems Integration, Program Manager, and Senior Systems Integration Analyst. Before joining Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Fabian worked as a Senior Requirements Analyst at Harcourt Publishing and an IT Functional Support / Project Manager at Equant. Fabian started their career at Verizon as an IT Release Manager / Software Engineer. With their diverse background and various certifications, Fabian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in delivering successful projects and implementing effective IT strategies.

Fabian Torres holds a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Fabian also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completed from 1995 to 1999. In addition, Fabian has several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2013. Fabian is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from The International Institute of Business Analysis, achieved in November 2007. Furthermore, Fabian holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute, earned in January 2021. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2020.
