Michael Schubeck

Michael Schubeck has extensive experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, and operational leadership. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement at Life Fitness, where they lead a team of professionals and develops strategic initiatives for a global supply base. Prior to this role, they worked as a Supply Chain Consultant and Operating Partner, providing end-to-end supply chain and operational leadership to companies in the fitness industry. Michael also held various leadership positions at Brunswick Corporation, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Global Sourcing and Procurement. Additionally, they gained experience in supply chain finance as the Supply Chain Finance Manager at Motorola. Throughout their career, Schubeck has driven cost reduction, negotiated supplier agreements, developed quality infrastructure, and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives.

Michael Schubeck has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Miami.
