Katrin Windsor, PCC, is an experienced executive coach, leadership developer, and speaker currently serving as an Executive Coach at The Windsor Group since September 2013. As Co-Founder and President of Life in Transition since January 2023, Katrin offers support to individuals navigating career transitions. Additionally, Katrin is a faculty member and Front of The Room Leader at the Co-Active Training Institute since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Katrin held significant positions at Pearson, including Director of Global Markets and Director of Global Solutions, where major contributions included launching AI-based assessments globally and driving substantial revenue growth. Katrin also founded the International Business Circle and served in key sales and marketing roles at Rogue Wave Software and Kx Systems.
