Raz Tirboaca

Raz Tirboaca has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Raz started their career in 2006 as a Product Designer at Zoom Studios and later worked as a Product Designer at Rockmedia, where they handled UX and UI design for online newspapers and other platforms. Raz then founded AdCaptcher, an innovative advertising network, where they managed the team and product. After that, they co-founded Preboo, a web app for travel planning, where they led the UX and UI design/dev team. In 2013, they joined Mediafax as a Senior Product Designer before moving on to eAD Interactive as a Senior Product Designer, where they designed and delivered mobile and responsive web apps. Raz joined FloraQueen in 2018 as a Principal Product Designer, leading the design team responsible for growth. In 2019, they joined wefox, first as a Principal Product Designer and later as the Head of Design Operations, where they built the Wefox Design System and led the core design team. Their most recent position is at Cledara, where they served as the Head of Design. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Product at Life Is Hard - Work Soft.

Raz Tirboaca attended Central School Bucharest from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Raz then continued their education at Universitatea "Spiru Haret" din București from 2004 to 2007, graduating with a degree in Financial Management.
