Operations Control Team

The Operations Control Team at Life Link III is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistical aspects of air medical transport operations. This includes managing flight schedules, ensuring the readiness and availability of aircraft and medical crews, monitoring real-time flight data for safety and efficiency, and handling communication between the helicopter bases and dispatch center. The team works closely with medical staff to facilitate timely and effective emergency response and inter-facility patient transport.
