Colin LeCroy is a Co-Founder of Life on Belay and has a background as a Senior Policy & Program Advisor at Human Coalition, where Colin also served as National Director of Government Partnerships and Associate General Counsel. Prior to that, Colin worked as Corporate Counsel at Santander Consumer USA Inc. and as an Associate at Ogletree Deakins and Jackson Walker LLP. Colin also clerked at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Colin holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Government from Bowdoin College.

Our approach is to increase a community’s capacity to love those most vulnerable through our community anchoring programs (LOB Anchor System): 1. Front Line Support: Organizational strategy and services for fundraising, marketing, program development, metrics & outcomes frameworks, leadership & team development 2. Community Impact projects: Bringing providers and the church together into a collaborative care strategy 3. Life Coaching Training Program: Activating church communities to provide long term, transformational support to the most vulnerable
