Jobilal V. has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry. Jobilal is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Life Pharmacy since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Aster Pharmacy for 8 years as the Chief Executive Officer, where they successfully led the company to become the largest network of pharmacies in UAE. Jobilal expanded the network and grew the business despite unfavorable economic conditions by implementing a combination of green field projects, acquisitions, and market expansions. Before joining Aster Pharmacy, Jobilal V. held various managerial positions at Aster Pharmacy and Life Pharmacy, where they contributed to the growth and success of the organizations.

Jobilal V. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership, Strategy & Execution, Finance Management, Marketing, and Merger & Acquisition from INSEAD. Jobilal also completed a General Management program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the same institute from 2013 to 2014. Jobilal V. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Administration from Bangalore University, which they attended from 1988 to 1994.
