Ben Smith

Ben Smith currently serves as the Head of Customer Fulfilment Centres & Strategic Projects at Kmart Australia Limited, a position held since October 2023, and previously held the role of Head of Fulfilment Operations for Kmart and Target across Australia and New Zealand. With a robust background in various leadership and managerial positions at Kmart Australia and Target Australia, Ben has demonstrated expertise in online fulfilment, store execution, and workforce strategy. In addition to corporate roles, Ben has contributed to the community through positions such as Accredited Senior Official at Life Saving Victoria and multiple vice presidencies at swimming organizations. Ben's early career includes significant roles in sales and store management at Kmart, as well as experience in sports officiating. Ben's educational foundation was established at Armidale High School, from 2000 to 2005.
