Craig Watson is a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Founder of PROMPTAi, which specializes in AI-driven recruitment solutions, and Talentflexx, providing tailored talent advisory services. As a co-founder and podcast co-host of TaPod, Watson explores innovative trends in talent recruitment through an engaging platform. Watson also co-founded TaHub, which supports careers in talent, and is involved as a director and board member for various organizations, including the AFL and Life Saving Victoria, where contributions to governance and community safety are emphasized. Watson's previous ventures include founding the award-winning recruitment platform Recstra.
