Ethan Lawrence

Ethan Lawrence has extensive experience in aquatic safety and management, currently serving as a Beach Lifeguard and Team Leader at Life Saving Victoria since December 2018, while also holding the position of Duty Manager at Aligned Leisure and Senior Pool Lifeguard at Glen Eira City Council. Expertise includes overseeing operations, supervising lifeguards, and managing conflict resolution in various aquatic environments. Ethan has also contributed to community safety as a Supervisor and Community Safety Officer, promoting compliance with regulations. In addition to practical experience, Ethan has interned with Palladium: Make It Possible, engaging in international development projects, and holds multiple degrees from Monash University, including a Master of Sustainable Tourism Management and a Master of International Development.
