Specialist - Member Development at Life Saving Victoria

Sheila Langley is a seasoned professional in aquatic education and sport development, currently serving as the Lead Trainer for the Building Leaders Scholarship at Life Saving Victoria since September 2011. Sheila has also held various roles at Life Saving Victoria, including People Development Lead and Industry Development Coordinator. In addition, Sheila is a Network Member of the Emergency Management Pride Network Victoria since 2020. Prior to this, Sheila coached multiple water polo teams, including the Tier 2 Girls Head Coach for Water Polo Victoria and the Senior Water Polo Premiership Head Coach at Loreto Toorak. Sheila's educational background includes ongoing studies in Youth Mental Health First Aid, a Diploma in Exercise Science, and multiple Certificate IV qualifications in Training and Assessment, Community Recreation, Sports Massage, as well as a historical focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
