Alisandra is leading our business transformation through the engagement of our people and acquisition of talent to drive significant organizational change. She is streamlining our enabling processes through simplification, automation, and optimization. Previously, as a VP & General Manager of Customer Experience at Stryker, she delivered substantial secondary revenue by converting a U.S. construct into a global model. Alisandra holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.
