Hervé Morisset

Hervé MORISSET's work experience includes serving as the Legal Director EMEA for LifeScan since 2022. Previously, they worked at Laboratoires Expanscience from 2012 to 2022, where they held roles such as Head of Legal and Legal Manager. Prior to that, they were the Head of Legal Affairs at International Nutrition Company from 2002 to 2011. Hervé also worked as the Manager of the Corporate Law and Insurance Department at NRJ GROUP from 2001 to 2002. Hervé began their career as a Lawyer at BENECH Law Firm from 1998 to 2001 and at BAUDEL-DELCLAUX-GELINAS LAW FIRM from 1996 to 1997.

Hervé Morisset completed the Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Programme at INSEAD in 2018. In 1999-2000, they attended the Paris Bar School and obtained a CAPA degree in law. In 1996-1997, they pursued a DESS degree in Business Law at the Université d'Angers, followed by a DEA degree in Contract Law at the same university in 1994-1995. Additionally, Hervé Morisset also pursued the Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Programme (Part II) and the INSEAD Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Programme at INSEAD in 2018.
