Marcelo Morales is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in healthcare and diagnostics. As the Founder and Managing Partner of A4 Ventures, LLC, Marcelo drives strategic initiatives and investments. Previously, Marcelo co-founded and served as President and CEO of Allele Diagnostics and played a key role as co-founder at Amend Health. Additionally, Marcelo contributes to the governance of organizations as a Board Member at Innovia Foundation and Share.Farm Inc. Marcelo holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Strategy from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Sciences in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
