Joseph Benson has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Joseph started their career at BD Classic as a Marketing Specialist from July 2013 to July 2016. In 2013, they also co-founded Affinity Marketing & Web Solutions, LLC, where they served as a Partner/Co-Owner until April 2021. At Affinity Marketing, Joseph coordinated general meetings and worked with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies, specializing in website design, graphic arts, application development, marketing consultation, and branding. In 2017, Joseph joined Life Specialty Coatings as the Coordinator of Marketing & Sales, and later held progressive roles including Director of Business Development and Marketing, Marketing Director, and VP of Sales & Marketing/Ownership Team. Joseph'stenure at Life Specialty Coatings continued until the present.
Joseph Benson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing Management & Sales, with an Integrated Marketing Communications minor, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they completed an Environmental Business extension program at UCLA and an International Marketing and Spanish extension program at Universitat de Barcelona. Joseph also participated in a Coatings & Polymer Program short course at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
