David Mehl

David Mehl has had a long and varied career in engineering and insurance. David began their career in 2001 as a Research Engineer Co-op at DePuy Orthopaedics, a Johnson & Johnson Company. In 2004, they joined Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, where they held five positions over seven years, from Product Development Engineer I to Group Manager, Product Development. In 2011, they took a role as an Independent Insurance & Financial Advisor at Insphere Insurance Solutions. Finally, in 2012, they joined Life Spine, where they have held three positions, from Senior Project Engineer to Senior Engineering Manager.

David Mehl earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa between 1999 and 2004.
