Lindsey M. Mowcomber, SHRM-CP

Lindsey M. Mowcomber, SHRM-CP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2009. Lindsey M. began their career as a Community Advisor at Northern Illinois University in 2009. In 2011, they became a Human Resources Intern at MainSource Financial Group. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Saddle Creek Logistics Services. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at CIT Trucks. Lindsey M. then moved on to Blue Wave Products, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager at Life Spine, where they are responsible for managing the Human Resources function, administering annual performance reviews, and creating and coordinating training and development initiatives.

Lindsey M. Mowcomber, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University in 2012. Lindsey M. also attended Technological University Dublin for a Global Selling Perspectives course in 2012. Prior to that, Lindsey attended Herscher High School. In 2015, Lindsey obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
