Matthew Lloyd, Jr., LPC-S, RPT, currently serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Secure Foundation Counseling, PLLC since January 2021, and has also been a Mental Health Professional and Mental Health Paraprofessional at Life Strategies Counseling, Inc. since November 2012. Prior to their counseling career, Matthew was a Courier at FedEx Express from June 2009 to November 2012, providing customer support and ensuring compliance with operational policies. Matthew's professional journey began as a Marketing Specialist at Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc. from July 1995 to February 2009. Matthew holds an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the same university, earned from 1992 to 1997.
