Chris Pawluk

Clinical Research Consultant at Life Support Mental Health

Chris is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta. He obtained his Masters in Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand. His thesis was on early work involving growth mindset, and the reasons children give for successes and failures, and their subsequent academic performance. Previously the lead psychologist for Rocky View Schools, he now operates a private psychological practice and corporate consulting company. He specializes in creating systems and structures that improve team performance and align with organizational goals. In his clinical work he specializes in child anxiety, and measurement of the client experience, particularly increases in strengths, as well as decreases in symptoms and distress. Chris works closely with various Alberta universities to facilitate research and training of teachers, psychologists, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists. A Clinical Supervisor in the Werklund School of Education, Chris has worked in a number of fields in three countries over the last 20 years.
