Carolyn Travaline

Carolyn (Rasley) Travaline is an experienced fitness professional and former senior account executive with a diverse background in both health and marketing. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time Inc. since April 2024, Travaline has also been a Certified Personal Trainer since March 2020 and previously worked at The Handle Bar Indoor Cycling Studio. Travaline's marketing expertise includes roles at MullenLowe U.S., SHIFT Communications, and Regan Communications, focusing on consumer lifestyle and restaurant industries. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Marquette University and training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
