Isaac Henderson

Isaac Henderson is a Dynamic Personal Trainer at Life Time Inc. since May 2024, with prior experience as a Personal Training Intern. Demonstrating a strong commitment to fitness and wellness, Isaac has held multiple roles including Personal Trainer/Small Group Trainer at UVA IM-Rec Sports and Data and Marketing Intern/Coach at ADAPT. Additional experience includes bartending at Tilman's Cheese & Wine, working as sales staff at EATS2SEATS, and serving as a Parkour Instructor at Woodward. Previous roles also encompass counseling and adventure staffing at Pecometh Camp & Retreat Ministries and strength and conditioning coaching at the University of Virginia. Isaac possesses a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in African-American/Black Studies from the University of Virginia, complemented by a foundational education including a high school diploma from Young Musicians of Virginia.
