Jill Borgerding is an experienced fitness and nutrition professional with a diverse background in coaching and group instruction. Since December 2015, Jill has served as a Habit Coach Pro and Nutrition Coach at JILLBFIT, LLC, emphasizing the importance of sustainable habits and proper nutrition. Additionally, Jill has operated JillBFit LLC as a Movement and Fitness Coach since 2005, advocating for daily movement as essential for overall well-being.
