Jonathan Coslet

Mr. Coslet has served as a member of the board of directors since June 2015. Mr. Coslet is a Senior Partner of TPG, a global alternative asset firm and an affiliate of the Company, where he has worked since 1993. Prior to joining TPG, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and before that, at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he started his career. Mr. Coslet previously served on the board of directors of IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IQV) and PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WOOF). He currently serves on the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield plc (NYSE: CWK).
