Matt Lego

Matt Lego has over a decade of experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the Director of Workday Operations at Life Time Inc. since May 2018. Previously, Matt held various roles at Life Time Inc., including Workday HCM Manager and Workday System Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at General Mills as a Payroll Specialist and HR Client Relationship Coordinator, and at RBC Wealth Management as a Sr HR Administrator and HR Administrator. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The College of St. Scholastica, attending from 2001 to 2005, and completed secondary education at Shakopee High School from 1998 to 2001.
