Vince Bustamante

Vince Bustamante has a diverse work experience in the field of training and community living. Vince started their professional journey as a Direct Support Professional at Bethesda Lutheran Communities in 2003 and worked until 2013. Vince then joined Open Options (formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Kansas City) as a Vice President of Community Living from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they became the President/CEO of Open Options from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Training at Life Unlimited Inc. since August 2018.

Vince Bustamante has a strong educational background in the field of sociology. Vince obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2006. Prior to that, they attended Grinnell College from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Sociology as well. In 2018, Vince completed their Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management and Innovation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to their formal education, Vince has also obtained certifications in CPR-Adult, Certified Executive Leader (CEL), and Standard First Aid from the American Red Cross and the Executive Service Corps of Greater Kansas City.
