Patty Kuo has extensive experience in the field of technical recruitment. Patty began their career at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. as an Organizational Development Coop, where they focused on performance management and training. Patty then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Starbucks Coffee Company before joining HireRight, Inc. as an Associate Recruiter. Patty later joined Glidewell Dental Lab, where they served as a Senior Recruiter and then as a Recruiting Supervisor/Recruitment Team Leader, leading a team of 6 employees and implementing new processes and policies.
Patty's career then expanded to the technology industry, starting with a role as a Technical Recruiter at Facebook. Patty subsequently joined Zodiac Inflight Innovations as a Manager of Recruiting, where they played a crucial role in hiring software and electrical engineers for the company's In-Flight Entertainment product.
Patty further advanced their career at LinkedIn as a Senior Technical Recruiter and then moved to Microsoft, where they held various roles, including Diversity Technical Sourcer and Lead Technical Recruiter for Azure Data.
Most recently, Patty has joined Life360 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and has now transitioned to the role of Lead Technical Recruiter. Life360 is a global company dedicated to simplifying safety for families.
Throughout their career, Patty has demonstrated a strong passion for recruitment, along with the ability to lead teams, implement innovative strategies, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Patty Kuo attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2005, they participated in a Chinese Language Intensive Program, Study Abroad at Beijing Normal University. Patty Kuo also has additional certifications, including Prosci® Fundamentals of Change Management from Prosci in 2021, LinkedIn Certified Professional- Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in 2018, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2013, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Professional in Human Resources in 2007.
