Russel Dubree

Founder Emeritus at Lifeblue

Russel Dubree's work experience includes serving as a Growth Advisor at Performance Faction since 2022. In this role, they provide advice, coaching, and fractional executive expertise to Creative, Marketing, and Technology service-based business owners. Prior to this, Russel was the Founder Emeritus and Founder/COO at Lifeblue from 2006 to 2021. At Lifeblue, they championed the team, services, and purpose of the company, as well as provided advice and counsel. Russel also served as an Airfield Operations Officer in the USAF from 2004 to 2006, where they were responsible for air traffic control, airfield operations, and various managerial duties.

Russel Dubree obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In 2018, they completed the CORe Certificate program, which includes courses in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting, at Harvard Business School Online. In addition, Russel obtained a certification in "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" from Coursera in May 2013.
