Jo Alesbrook

Jo Alesbrook is an experienced coach and educator with a strong focus on supporting young people, particularly those with autism and ADHD. Currently serving as an interviewer for autobiographies at LifeBook, Jo has also authored a winning short story titled 'Jelly Tots,' which reflects insights into autism. Previous roles include youth coach and Goal Mapping Practitioner at JoCoaching, where engaging workshops were facilitated for young people, as well as ADHD Specialist Coach at ADHD Solutions CIC, providing support to individuals and families affected by ADHD. Jo's background includes mentoring students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder at Birmingham City University and teaching Modern Foreign Languages at John Ferneley College, emphasizing Special Educational Needs and personal development. Educational credentials include a PGCE from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
