Kurt Anderson

Kurt Anderson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in establishing and scaling HR functions within various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at LifeCanvas Technologies Inc. since June 2023, Kurt leads the HR initiatives as the first HR professional in the company's history, focusing on implementing best practices for rapid growth. Previous roles include Head of People at a fast-growing startup, where significant headcount growth and process automation were achieved, and Director of Employee Engagement and HR Operations at Definitive Healthcare, during which the HR organization expanded alongside major corporate developments, including an IPO. Kurt also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at ModusLink and a Human Resources Generalist at Bracebridge Capital, as well as having played a crucial role at Andera Inc. during its critical growth phases. Kurt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, earned between 2015 and 2016.
