Priyank Desai

Priyank Desai holds significant experience in the medical field, currently serving as President Elect and Medical Director of the Critical Care Unit at NASH UNC Health Care since September 2013, along with an interim role as Chief Medical Officer. Additionally, Priyank Desai has been the Medical Director of the Critical Care Unit at LifeCare Hospitals since July 2015 and a Pulmonologist at Boice-Willis Clinic since September 2013. Academic contributions include a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at the University of South Alabama Health from July 2011 to June 2013, and prior fellowships and residencies focused on critical care and internal medicine between 2005 and 2011. Priyank Desai earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Government Medical College, Surat, India, in 2003.
