Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LifeCare Home Health Family since December 2024, Douthitt has held similar leadership roles at Jet Health, Inc. and Caregiver, Inc. Prior to those positions, Douthitt gained significant operational experience as Chief Operating Officer at RehabCare and Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services, overseeing a large organization and driving substantial revenue. Douthitt's career also includes senior roles in finance and accounting at various healthcare companies, coupled with a strong educational background in accounting from Western Kentucky University.
