Jim Douthitt

Jim Douthitt is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LifeCare Home Health Family since December 2024, Douthitt has held similar leadership roles at Jet Health, Inc. and Caregiver, Inc. Prior to those positions, Douthitt gained significant operational experience as Chief Operating Officer at RehabCare and Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services, overseeing a large organization and driving substantial revenue.
